The Indian Society Landscape Architects was established in May 2003. It
has been registered under Indian Society’s Act 1860 Sec 21,
registration No. 9557, and Bombay Public School Trust Act 1950 Sec 29,
registration no. A 9417. The ISOLA is a member of the International
Federation of Landscape Architects.
We request all professionally qualified Landscape Architects to be a
member of the Society, The qualification shall be as approved by the
ISOLA. Only Indian Nationals are eligible to be a member of ISOLA.

Qualification details are as under:

Fellow Member:
- An individual who has successfully completed an approved course in
Landscape Architecture from any recognized institution and has been
actively engaged for a period of not less than ten years, in practice,
teaching or research in the profession of Landscape Architecture.

|
Entrance Fee: - Rs. 1200/-
|
Annual Fee: - Rs. 1200/-
|
|
|
Registration Fee: - Rs. 100/-
|
|
|
|
|
Associate Member:
- An individual who has successfully completed an approved course in
Landscape Architecture from any recognized institution with a minimum
of three years of experience in practice, teaching or research in the
profession of Landscape Architecture.

|
|
Entrance Fee: - Rs. 800/-
|
Annual Fee: - Rs. 800/-
|
|
|
Registration Fee: - Rs. 100/-
|
|
|
|
|
Graduate Member:
- An individual who has successfully completed an approved course in
Landscape Architecture from any recognized institution and is actively
engaged in profession of Landscape Architecture / Teaching.

|
Entrance Fee: - Rs. 400/-
|
Annual Fee: - Rs. 400/-
|
|
|
Registration Fee: - Rs. 100/-
|
|
|
|
|
Graduate Membership: Member can remain as a Graduate member, for a
maximum period of three years. After this period, he/she will be
elected as an Associate member.

|
Student Member: -
A bonafied student pursuing an approved full time course in Landscape
Architecture at any recognized institution / any recognized college by
ISOLA.
|
|
|
|
Entrance Fee: - Rs. 150/-
|
Annual Fee: - Rs. 150/-
|
|
|
Registration Fee: - Rs. 100/-
|
|
|
|
The revised subscription has been approved at 12th Executive Council,
Meeting held on 27th January, 2008, at ISOLA Registered Office,
Ahmedabad. New modified and approved rates would be applicable
immediately.

|
All education programs/ education qualifications are subject to
approval of the ISOLA.
|
|
|
Enclosed please find an application form and shall appreciate if you
will kindly return the same duly completed, with requisite amount
(entrance fee plus one year’s subscription plus registration fees) by a
Demand Draft payable at Ahmedabad, in the name of Indian Society
Landscape Architects and Xerox copy of your degree certificates. We
shall appreciate to have a copy of your CV, for Society’s data bank. If
you so desire you can send subscription amount by a crossed cheque.
Please add Rs. 60/- as Bank charges per cheque. You can also pay
subscription
in the ISOLA A/c. with HDFC Bank. Our A/c No. Is 00481450000114. Please
enclose a photocopy of paying in slip with your application.
FINANCIAL YEAR OF THE ISOLA IS FROM MARCH TO APRIL OF THE FOLLOWING
YEAR. THE SUBSCRIPTION BECOMES DUE IN THE MONTH OF APRIL, EACH YEAR AND
HAS TO BE PAID BEFORE END OF MAY IN EACH FINANCIAL YEAR.

The society will be happy to receive the subscription in advance for
three years period. This facility allows member to get discount of 10%
on the third year’s subscription only. Members are requested to use
this facility.
|
Members wishing to upgrade their membership will be required to pay the
entrance fee of that category.
|
Please note that it is not essential to have sponsorship for your
application, however it will be helpful to have names of two Landscape
Architects, who are known to you.
